Catalina Speech Therapy is owned by Lacey Ramos, a highly experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with 15 years of expertise. Originally hailing from Colorado's scenic mountains, Lacey brought her passion for communication to the Tucson area in 2020. Her diverse background, encompassing early intervention, schools, skilled nursing, and private pediatric practices, uniquely positions her to serve the Oro Valley community. In 2024, she founded Catalina Speech Therapy to provide compassionate, personalized, in-home speech and language services to individuals of all ages with the commitment of fostering a compassionate environment where communication thrives.

Step Two
Schedule an Evaluation
The first appointment is typically an Evaluation for our speech therapists to assess if speech-language therapy may benefit you or your loved one. If an evaluation has been completed elsewhere within the last 12 months, we are happy to review that evaluation.
Step Three
Begin Treatment
After an evaluation or evaluation review, our speech therapists will create a speech therapy treatment plan including goals that align with your priorities along with needs noted from the evaluation. Recommendations for frequency and duration of speech therapy will be provided.
Begin speech therapy sessions! Sessions are designed to be personalized to you and be fun, engaging and effective.
Insurance & Billing
At this time, Catalina Speech Therapy is not contracted with public or private insurance providers. We accept payments for speech therapy services via check, debit card, credit card, FSA/HSA cards and Arizona ESA.
We provide Superbills upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of speech therapy services through out-of-network benefits. You may find this article helpful in explaining how Superbills work: What is a Superbill?
Catalina Speech Therapy is an approved vendor through the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account Program (ESA).
