Meet Your Speech Therapist

Lacey is from the mountains of Colorado and moved to Tucson in 2020. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004. After a short break from employment to be a stay-at-home mom and then subsequently working as an SLP-A, she returned to school and earned her graduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 2016. Lacey has provided speech-language intervention in the school setting (pre-school through high school), skilled nursing, early intervention and pediatric private practice.

Lacey established Catalina Speech Therapy upon realizing that families were traveling 45 minutes to Tucson for speech therapy sessions. Recognizing the scarcity of speech therapy services in Oro Valley, she decided to address this gap by launching her own practice. Lacey is dedicated to providing high-quality speech therapy that is neither hurried nor restricted by insurance limitations. She takes great pleasure in assisting individuals of all ages to achieve their highest communication potential. She is a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Outside working hours, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and extended family. She enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and traveling.
